Founder and CEO

Matthew Griffin, CEO of GLVUS, brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in medical devices, infection-control products, and complex global supply chains. Before leading GLVUS and collaborating with GloveSafe UK, he held senior roles with multiple Fortune 100 companies, gaining a deep understanding of how products are developed, regulated, manufactured, and delivered at scale. Those experiences shaped a leader who works collaboratively, stays grounded in practical problem-solving, and keeps teams focused on what matters most: delivering real value to the people who rely on these products.



At GLVUS and GloveSafe UK, Matthew has helped drive major milestones, including earning FDA 510(k) clearance for new sterile glove lines, expanding manufacturing capabilities, and strengthening partnerships across the healthcare sector. He holds both a BSc and MSc in related technical fields, and is known for a straightforward, no-nonsense leadership style. His focus remains on building strong teams, improving performance, and ensuring that healthcare professionals have products they can trust every single day.

Riggs Lewis, Vice President of GLVUS, offers extensive experience in providing strategic guidance, legal solutions, and regulatory expertise to organizations of every size in every sector of the economy. From advising senior elected officials on state and federal matters to spearheading enormous development projects that change cityscapes and transform communities, Riggs has been an agent of positive change when the road gets tough.

A licensed attorney and longtime political advisor to leaders of both parties on the federal, state, and local levels, along with business leaders from some of the largest employers in the Southeast and Midwest, Riggs has been trusted to lead important and transformative projects.
